Phil Eaton
CEO
Phil comes to HealthSouth with more than 25 years of hospital management experience and has a proven track record of acheiving clinical and service excellence across all hospital operations.  He holds a master's degree in health services administration and business administration from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree in business and finance from Ohio State University.  He is a certified healthcare executive from the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Joseph Vick Roy, M.D
Medical Director
Dr. Vick Roy joined HealthSouth in 1990 and has served as medical director since 1996. He received his medical degree in 1982 from the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Vick Roy completed his residency in neurology at UCLA in 1986. He specializes in brain injury, stroke and neurological diseases.

Mindy J. Mitchell, DBA, MN, FACHE
Chief Nursing Officer
Mindy is the chief nursing officer at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Utah. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Avila University and a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Kansas. Mindy has been a nurse for more than 30 years and has worked a variety of practice settings and nursing education. Her doctorate is in business administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

William McNutt
Director Of Therapy Operations
William brings more than 38 years of management experience to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Utah. He is a retired United States Army Officer with a bachelor’s degree in history, a master’s degree in management and a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore.

Patricia Schnoor
DMO
Patricia brings to HealthSouth more than 20 years of management, marketing, and nursing experience. She has a 12-year work history with HealthSouth as a registered nurse, nurse liaison, marketer and manager. Patricia also worked at University of Utah Rehabilitation for six years as a nurse liaison and marketer. Her work experience includes hospital, skilled nursing and rehab settings. Patricia is either currently a member or has served on the following board/committees: the Utah Brain Injury Association, American Heart and Stroke Association, Utah Case Managers Association, Utah Association for Rehab Nurses, and Professionals for Seniors.

Scott Jackson
Controller
Scott is a licensed CPA in Utah and Colorado. He obtained a master of accountancy degree from Brigham Young University’s nationally top-ranked accounting program. While earning his degree, Scott was also employed by BYU as a treasury analyst. Prior to joining HealthSouth, Scott was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for six years. During his time at PwC, Scott worked with public and private clients in various industries including the healthcare industry.

Keith Moll
Keith has more than 20 years of health care experience and has worked at HealthSouth since 1994. He has extensive background in clinical operations as well as regulatory compliance. Keith is committed to ensuring optimal patient outcomes and customer satisfaction while maintaining strict compliance with state, federal and the Joint Commission standards.

Richard Ashby
Director of Plant Operations
Richard has been with HealthSouth for more than 23 years. He has been the Plant Operations director for 16 years. Richard has a strong background in maintenance and is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineers. He has specialized training in healthcare security and safety. He has also trained in law enforcement with the Salt Lake County Constables office for 13 years. He provides leadership in life safety and emergency management for the hospital.

Janet Skinner
Director of Home Health
Janet has more than 37 years of nursing experience as a registered nurse in various fields of nursing including nursing homes, hospitals and home care. In addition, she has more than 20 years of management experience in the home care arena. Janet came to HealthSouth Home Health in 2001 as a field nurse and was promoted to the director of Home Health in 2005. She graduated from Yakima College in Yakima, Wash. She is proud of the excellent care provided to HealthSouth Home Health patients.
